What does 7 Days Money Back Guarantee stand for?

Garden State Haulers guarantees refund of the money, if the equipment is not delivered within 15 days after it is dispatched – No questions asked;

In case you are not satisfied with the equipment delivered and inform Garden State Haulers within 7 days of delivery, Garden State Haulers will resolve your complaint end-to-end within 72 hours from the time the complaint is raised. If Garden State Haulers is not able to give a resolution within 72 hours then we will automatically refund the amount paid;

If you do not make any claim after 7 days since the equipment is delivered, we will consider the transaction completed and no further claims will be honored.

Paid equipment and never receive it – if after 15 business since dispatched you haven’t received your equipment, the financial department will contact you in order to issue a refund;
